Our Story

People Ops Collective was created for leaders navigating real change.

Founder Amy Altwerger saw a pattern: high performers were building strong careers, but often at the cost of health, family connection, and long-term sustainability.


At the same time, organizations were struggling with:

People Ops was built to bridge that gap.
