People Ops Collective has an integrated and holistic approach. We consider the whole business when we work with you, and offer several different packages to support your business needs.

Our base package includes: DISCOVERY, identifying and creating job postings to find IDEAL CANDIDATES THAT YOU WANT TO ATTRACT, handling your INITIAL CANDIDATE SCREENS and helping you MAKE THE OFFER.

The Gold, Platinum and A La Carte Packages build upon the base service with added value to both your organization and the candidate pool.

  • Our Silver Recruitment package is our base package, which will give you what you need to holistically plan, create a job description, market the role, interview candidates and make an offer to your hire.

  • Our Gold Recruitment package adds more on top of the silver package, and includes an end-to-end experience, including following up with the new hire through to the probation period. We will share more than our top candidates, and dive deeply into mapping out an recruiting process that will work for your organization long-term

  • Our Platinum package is our most fulsome package, which includes everything in gold and silver packages as well as all a la carte services

  • Our a la carte services allow you to pick the services you need the most when you need them.

    You can customize your experience with People Ops Experience through these options. Many of our clients select a silver or gold package, and then pay for a la carte add-ons that make the most sense for their organizations needs.
